Applicant has read the NedFest Vendor Info Sheet and agrees:
- To give Festivarians the highest quality food, merchandise and/or service possible.
- To cooperate with Festival authorities and have fun at the Festival.
- To help promote the event by telling people about the Festival.
- To not bring Alcohol into the Festival grounds or Dogs to the area.
- To clean-up the site and leave the Festival grounds around their Vending space in as-good or better condition then when they arrived.
- To be responsible for their own product, materials, sales taxes, licenses, permits, insurance and fees as necessary and/or required by law.
- To accept all liability for damage caused by the operation of the vending booth and to expressly relieve The Nederland Music and Arts Festival, LLC of any and all liability it may have by the operation of the booth.
- That application fees are non-refundable once accepted to the event.
- To comply with everything in this application and all conditions set forth in the informational letter attached to, or informational web page leading to this application.
