I have read the NedFest Vendor Info Sheet located at www.NedFest.com/vendor.shtml and agree:
- To comply with everything on this application and also with all conditions set forth on the above-mentioned informational webpage leading up to this application.
- To visit www.NedFest.com/vendorapproved.shtml to confirm my approval to this Event.
- To have the highest quality food, merchandise and/or service as possible.
- To NOT bring Alcohol into the Festival grounds and/or Dogs to the area.
- To CLEAN-UP my site and leave the Festival grounds around my Vending Space in as-good or better condition then when I arrived.
- To be responsible for my own products, materials, Sales Taxes, licenses, permits, insurance and fees as necessary and/or required by law.
- To accept any/all liability for damage or loss caused by the operation of my Vending Space and to expressly relieve NedFest, LLC of any/all liability it may incurr due to the operation of my Booth, including Acts of God, theft or other.
- That application fees are non-refundable once accepted to the event.
- That my Booth Space comes with a limited number of THREE-DAY Passes, NOT Single-Day Tickets, and that these THREE-DAY Passes are not to be split up amongst different people.
- That if I camp in the designated Family Camping area I camp at my own risk and that I will not leave valuables in my tent.
** That there is NO CAMPING in the Vendor Parking Lot per the Nederland Police Dept.
- To fully cooperate with Festival authorities and to have fun at the Festival.
- To help promote the Festival by telling people about the event.
